In Japan, we mainly sell our products through route sales represenatives, and have many customers in the supermarket and convenience store sectors.  Based on our track record in these sectors, we have initiated sales of printers and systems specifically for farmers, seizing the opportunity of the expansion of primary producers diversifying into processing and distribution. We are confident that now is the opportunity for us and our products have attraction for companies and individuals with links to the Japan Agricultural Cooperative sales network, direct sales outlets, roadside stands, and farmers.  We look forward to receiving inquiries from companies who may be interested in handling these products.  We can also handle EMS requests primarily for assembly at our Philippines facility.

Our sales to end-users are mainly via sales agents or through direct sales conducted by one of our subsidiaries.  Our organizational structure includes a branch in Osaka, a parts center in Tokyo, Shinsei Solutions (a 100% owned subsidiary), a Philippines plant in Manila, and a China plant in Suzhou

We hold market share of 30% or more in compact barcode label printers for supermarkets (particularly in the perishable foods area).

Our customers include: 7 & I Holdings, Aeon, Seiyu, Daiei, Uny, Life, Circle K Sunkus, Yamazaki and the like.  We provide them with our barcode printers labels and maintenance services.  Ishida, Teraoka Seiko, Toshiba Tech, and Nozaki Insatsu Shigyo are sales agents for us.
