[Business description]
We specialize in ultra-precision metal processing and our main business is manufacturing and selling metal parts. Our main product is precision shaft, which accuracy and production volume are the top class in the world. It receives favorable reception from many clients in automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial machinery industry. With grinding technology as our core technology, we have established an integrated production system consisting of heat treatment, cutting and turning, pressing, and machine development services. We also work on the development of some assembly products.

　We provide sub-micron accuracy regarding outer diameter, inner diameter, roundness, straightness, cylindricity and roughness. We have received favorable reception from customers in automotive and a variety of other industries. Fifty percent of equipment we use are developed by ourselves. Integrated production services are available including our competitive grinding service as well as heat treatment, cutting and polishing service. We also have a number of original materials. Technical proposals are available.

Since our foundation, we have focused on the consistent theme of “developing creative productive technologies” as a comprehensive manufacturer of metal processing, including precision grinding, cutting, plastic processing and heat treatment. We have built an in-house integrated production system and established a high reputation and trust in a wide range of fields. We aim to provide high-quality services and technical proposals to meet customers’ needs based on the creative skills cultivated through the years. We will further refine our technical skills and continue to expand into new products, areas and customers.

Our current clients are mainly major Japanese companies. In overseas, we have a factory in China and a branch office in Hong Kong, covering all areas in China and Southeast Asia. Our head office in Japan handles transactions related to Europe and America.
