Our company manufactures pin and shaft products for major manufacturers of tools, electronic parts, and automotive parts. We excel at ultra-high-precision machining. We manufacture ultra-fine pins made of cemented carbide and zirconia ceramics that are as fine as 0.01 mm in external diameter. Ultra-fine pins are electrode materials for pinhole discharge machining and behind-the-scenes work in Monozukuri craftsmanship. They are necessary for machining nozzle holes for diesel-engine fuel injection systems and inkjet printers. We also manufacture abrasion-resistant jigs, tools, and mold parts with improved durability by using diamond material. We are currently focusing on sales channel expansion to new fields and customers.
