We are an enterprise that finds solutions to issues of vibration, sound, light, and radio waves in R&D involving technology for manufacturing porous material. Our original porous cast iron RASK material demonstrates vibration attenuation characteristics equivalent to or higher than rubber, depending on the conditions of use. We have extensive expertise specifically in the area of vibration and noise, and advantages in countermeasures against vibration and noise that effectively improve machines, factories, and environments. We have the advantage of being able to offer integrated services from problem finding to solutions. We can reduce the length of a factory traffic line, and speed up machines. We can design so as to attenuate vibration from 1 Hz, and provide countermeasures against heavy vibration such as the vibration of a punching press.

Our company provides improvement consultation regarding vibration noise. This includes finding problems in the structure of a factory, building, machine and so on, vibration noise measurement, improvement proposals, designing improved products, and implementation. We manufacture and sell RASK countermeasure products against vibration noise, as well as RASK acoustic products and acoustic material. We also manufacture and sell antenna devices and projector screens made of RASK applied material. RASK is a porous metal with a special structure, and a registered trademark of our company. Cast iron RASK is a metal, but it can demonstrate attenuation characteristics equivalent to or higher than rubber, depending on the conditions of use.

We think it is important in market cultivation to widely publicize the improving effects against vibration noise with our RASK material. The phenomena of a vibration noise problem itself are simple, but the causes are complicated in many cases. Compound factors such as a lack of rigidity, structural problems, and environment problems may cause a single issue.
