Our in-house development has come up with polishing robots, stable quality and quick delivery.

We respond to general “polishing” and “surface treatment” such as buff polishing, barrel polishing, air blast and shot blast, for bicycle parts, automobile parts and aircraft parts. The polishing process was previously considered to be achievable only by skilled craftsmen. However, we succeeded in developing a polishing robot programmed with the polishing know-how of our craftsmen, and we have overturned conventions in the industry. By automating fine detail work, we made it possible to run mass production and high-mix low volume production for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and to achieve stable quality, quick delivery times and cost reduction.

[Company strength]
The polishing process was conventionally considered to be the realm of the skilled craftsmen. However, we succeeded to develop, in-house, the polishing robot programmed with the polishing know-how of our craftsmen. We have overturned conventions in the industry by automating fine detail polishing work (processing by a robot). By introducing the automated robot operations, we made it possible to run production for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year without relying on craftsmen, and thus we achieved stable quality, quick delivery and cost reduction, which is far ahead of our competitors.

We mainly deal with various polishing techniques, such as buff polishing and barrel polishing, for bicycle parts, aircraft parts, finishing hardware, camera (body), titanium/ aluminum/ stainless steel fishing tackle, flush metal fittings, home electronics parts, decorations, aluminum wheel/rim/disc (corresponding to 2- and 3-D); and general “polishing” and “surface treatment” such as air blast and shot blast.
* Buff polishing = super-mirror surface, mirror surface, deburring, plane, separated polishing, bruise removal, wire, perforator, belt, chamfering, preparatory polishing, finishing, and other various finishing methods
* Production: We can respond flexibly to order sizes of several hundred pieces to several hundred thousand pieces in accordance with customer requirements.

Since we develop (manufacture the equipment of) polishing robots in our company, we can also automate the polishing of complicated shaped parts. Since we incorporate our long-term in-house know-how on polishing technology, as well as simple robot teaching, we can achieve a high-quality finish on our delivered products. At the same time, we can also respond appropriately to detailed requests from our clients. Consequently, we frequently receive repeat orders from major companies. We receive requests for consultation and orders for polishing new products and new parts, and are highly evaluated.
