[Company strength]
We are skilled at developing products and establishing design specifications by making proposals to customers from the development phase. As a result, we can ensure low-cost, high-quality, rapid development. We have an integrated manufacturing system from pressing to assembly to coating, and so can reduce manufacturing cost and ensure high-quality products. We also have expertise related to material characteristics and processing technology of the parts that constitute functional parts. As a result, we can apply our products to parts and products in a broad range of fields.

[Business description]
We develop and manufacture functional parts starting with exhaust system parts and fuel system parts for automobiles and deliver them to automobile manufacturers, major automotive part manufacturers, agricultural machine manufacturers, etc. Our exhaust system parts include stainless steel pipes, sheet metal exhaust manifolds, front pipes, catalytic converters, center pipes, and main mufflers. Our fuel system parts include sheet metal fuel tanks and filler pipes. We deal with plastic forming such as pressing and assembly of body, chassis, and engine parts. We have formed technical tie-ups with 11 companies in 6 countries, mainly in Southeast Asia, and provide technical guidance while making effective use of our development and production engineering know-how.

[Strength of products/technologies]
1) Technological skill at pressing and welding of stainless steel: We have established technologies for stainless steel forming and welding through years of experience, and manufacture high-quality products. We have experimental facilities for exhaust system parts based on our technology, and can conduct various evaluation tests such as acoustic evaluations using engines, thus assuring customers of cost-competitive specifications. 
2) Technological skill at various plastic forming, particularly pressing and arc & seam welding: We have diverse processing technologies including pressing of various steel sheets/plates and pipes, spinning, arc welding, and 3D synchronous motion seam welding. We can reduce the development period and cost for both 1) and 2) by using analysis technology.


[Representative's message]
We have long had an integrated manufacturing system from the development to mass-production of finished functional products, and our functional products are based on many core technologies (sheet metal working, welding, coating, etc.). We will expand into other businesses after exhaust systems and fuel system parts which are our main products at present, while effectively using various technological skills (analysis, products and technology, and quality assurance) for guaranteeing product specifications. We are currently providing technical assistance mainly in the ASEAN region, but are also keen to search for opportunities in other regions while keeping an eye on future trends.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The sales department is responsible for general inquiries, and other departments deal with technology and quality requirements. We have staff in the sales department for handling overseas communication with customers. We are conducting language training for improving the language skills of engineers so that every employee can directly deal with technology requirements in the future.

[Joint research and development]
We have experience of joint development involving establishment of product specifications, evaluation, and production launch of build-to-order functional parts for automobile manufacturers. We offer new items for the series of evaluation inspections before establishing mass-production specifications; development for reflecting the items in the final mass-production specifications is ongoing.
