[Company strength]
We possess various types of machines such as machining centers, lathes, plane grinding machines, cylindrical grinding machines, jig boring machines, jig grinding machines, and wire EDM processors. We accept one-stop orders covering from material procurement to part processing and finishing. We can conduct 3D measurement when the work size is less than W 1,000 mm × D 2,000 mm × H1,000 mm. In these cases we can handle processing from machine part measurement to assembly product measurement. We offer design and manufacturing services, and trial development and manufacturing of machine equipment.

We mainly handle metal part processing. We process materials such as iron, castings, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium. We also offer design and assembly services.

We are capable of precision part processing with micron-order precision, as well as spindle processing with two-micron swing accuracy. 



[Representative's message]
We celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2016. We started our business with turning processing for machine tool parts, and we have been accumulating knowledge of metalworking technology, assembly technology, and design for over 60 years. We now do business with customers in various industries, as well as transactions involving machine tool parts. We also want to accumulate knowledge of metalworking technology, assembly technology, and design, and to work to cultivate markets so we can find customers in new industries.

We possess various types of machines, so we can handle various processing steps and support quick processing. There are many detailed steps in dealing with machines and equipment in which precision adjustment such as aligning dimensions and maintaining straightness becomes necessary. We have adjusted assembly accuracy by dividing up machining steps, adjusting part processing accuracy, and adjustment by balancing. This is why we can handle detailed steps, and have arranged a system that is can support high-precision processing. We are working to train human resources with a philosophy of technology succession so we can stably supply products to our customers. We will improve our corporate system to enable participation in various events in the future, as well as improving our technology.
