We apply our hot blow molding technology to manufacture large, lightweight aluminum structures.



We manufacture large press molds for automobile bodies, and make use of our hot blow molding equipment to offer molding of large aluminum plates. We also use this equipment to manufacture rolling stock vehicles, automobile roofs, parabolic antennas, building exterior walls, medical equipment, and so on. Aluminum plate hot blow molding can extend the plate by 300%, and can form shapes that cannot be achieved with conventional press molding. This is why we anticipate that housing panels for large medical treatment equipment and the like that require detergency and magnetic shielding capabilities will be converted to lightweight, weather-resistant aluminum. It is also possible to switch to one-piece molding for large structures made by welding aluminum material, such as irregularly shaped parabolic antennas.

We have manufacturing bases that can satisfy customer needs. We possess 300-ton, 800-ton, and 1,500-ton press machines for trial pressing in our HQ factory, and offer small-lot molding. We possess a 2000-ton hot blow molding machine in our Koyabe factory. We have established a system to conduct molding of large aluminum plates (up to 4.5 m × 1.6 m).
