We contribute to the semiconductor industry with our industrial quartz glass.

We manufacture and sell industrial quartz glass items for the semiconductor field. Our major products include quartz tanks, etching bell jars, furnace tubes and boats, quartz tables and caps, and quartz glass parts. We do business with many major companies in Japan including Tokyo Electron Kyushu Ltd., Tokyo Electron Yamanashi Ltd., SUMCO, Renesas Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Denso Corp., and Japan Display Inc. We have done business with the overseas company Formosa SUMCO Technology. We have confidence in our processing technology. We can manually conduct machining of items with shapes that are difficult to machine mechanically. This is how we satisfy various customer requests and are expanding our business activities.

[Company strength]
We cover processing from new quartz production to quartz reclamation. We are one of the few Japanese quartz processing companies that can conduct integrated manufacturing of synthetic quartz, which is done in cooperation with material manufacturers. Synthetic quartz is considered to have the greatest purity and quality among quartz glass materials. We have advanced skills in manual machining of quartz. This is because we can manually machine items with complicated shapes that cannot be easily processed by machines.

We manufacture and sell quartz products for semiconductors. This includes various quartz tanks, etching bell jars, furnace tubes, boats, insulating quartz tables and caps, quartz glass parts, gas nozzles, conveyor quartz jigs, floor grates, and peepholes. We also offer various other synthetic quartz processed items.

Our products are not meant for ordinary markets, so customer needs regarding what kind of users use our products and for what purpose our products are used are unclear. We are willing to learn and to take measures to promote expansion of our sales channels.

We have been working hard to explore sales channels, such as establishing cooperative relationships with trading firms. However, there are a very limited number of firms that can provide detailed explanations of the quartz glass we handle. We intend to make use of Internet-based matching systems like J-GoodTech, and set up a system that allows our staff to quickly respond to new users.

Our goal is to make proposals about extending the life of live fish and shellfish at markets and restaurants where the effects of our products have been confirmed. We also plan to pursue applications of our products as agricultural fertilizers for brand-name rice and vegetables.
