[Company strength]
We started by manufacturing and selling sports and leisure goods, such as badminton shuttlecocks. Later, we expanded into general health products such as for fitness and walking, in addition to products for active senior citizens such as gate-ball, ground golf and articles for welfare facilities. By using our plastics molding technology, we also perform plastics molding such as for automobile parts. Our advantage is the ability to handle difficult problems based on our enterprising spirit.

We are a manufacturer of health-related products founded in 1950. We were the first company in the world to use plastic instead of feather for badminton shuttlecocks. Our affiliated group company, Hatachi Kako, handles double blow molding, large-sized blow molding, and planning and development support. Under this motto, we will keep actively making suggestions to society.

Manufacturing of health-related products and various plastic moldings

[Representative's message]
In 1950 we became the first company in Japan to make badminton shuttlecocks, as Nakamura Feather Laboratory. Through trial and error, we worked to manufacture shuttlecocks by using bird feathers, and worked on integrated molding by using plastics which was a new material at that time, then started our business. For more than 60 years since the foundation, we have been developing sports- and health-related equipment through plastic molding processing. Thus we have indirectly contributed to people’s health in mind and body. We will keep supporting a healthy mind and body of our customers.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our Sales Engineering Department handles inquiries on new business and consulting about resin molding. We can handle everything from quotation to technical consulting, trial manufacture and start-up of mass production. Regarding overseas deployment, we have a production base in Thailand. We have built a system for sales and production on site which can handle inquiries about medium blow molding articles and injection molding articles.
