Our company manufactures both plastics and rubber by leveraging our outstanding technical strengths based on ISO 9001 certified craftsmanship and quality. With ISO 14001 certification, we also protect the environment and contribute locally. Since we manufacture both plastics and rubber, we can pelletize rubber which used to be impossible with rubber manufacturing facilities. Unlike for plastics, we can knead various materials for rubber. We can manufacture high-density products by using a Banbury type mixer (intensive mixer).

Our company has gained technical capabilities and ISO 9001 certification based on the craftsmanship we have been accumulating for over 60 years since our foundation. We apply this experience to manufacture both plastic and rubber materials. We do more than provide products to customers. We offer high quality with pleased customers in mind. We are also continuing our environmental efforts and contributing to the community by acquiring ISO 14001 certification.
Outline of products and technology
[Product and technical strengths]
Our company manufactures both plastic and rubber products, so we support pelletizing not available from conventional rubber equipment. We can knead various materials using kneading equipment that used to be considered difficult for plastics. We can manufacture higher-density products using a Banbury mixer.

Our philosophy is to give something a try anyway, and we even challenge ourselves to work that we have never tried. We are tackling work in new fields by making use of a network including flexible R&D departments, other companies, and universities and research institutions. We also focus on products developed in-house. We were interviewed on TV about KT powder, which is under development and attracting attention, and the response was very positive.

[In-house system for market cultivation and overseas expansion]
Our president is personally in charge of new customers and responds to inquiries from major companies. Technical consultation is provided by our president and manufacturing department manager. They solve issues by visiting customers directly as required. Our president deals with overseas companies.
Toward matching
We aim to acquire new customers by renovating our website. We established a joint venture for overseas expansion and set up a temporary office for marketing in India in 2014. Our company has been inviting technical interns from the Philippines for 22 years to support technical improvement in developing countries.
We will continue our contributions to help people.
