[Company strength]
Our corporate motto is “Trusted Monozukuri Craftsmanship.” We aim to enhance our human resources and technology power in managing technology and quality, and we are working to provide better products. All of our products are manufactured under organized procedures. We reduce costs with 24-hour unattended operation, while assuring stable products. We provide a sense of security to our customers even in cases of unexpected trouble. This is achieved with our quality control system, which provides traceability from material procurement to machining, inspection, and delivery.



[Business description]
We handle precision machining of small articles using Swiss NC automatic lathing equipment. We satisfy customer needs in the fields of automobile, construction machine, and air- and hydraulic-pressure parts. We also offer optical fiber metal fittings, wiring nozzles, cellular phone parts, medical equipment, various connector parts, and so on.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have confidence in high-precision machining of small-diameter articles with diameters 2.5 to 17 by making use of the features of our Swiss NC automatic lathing equipment. We introduced equipment in 2015 that can handle eccentric hole drilling in order to respond to more diverse machining needs. We can machine materials including brass rods, aluminum free-cutting steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, and so on. We have a production record of drilling 500,000 pieces a month with continuous processing with a common difference of 6 microns. We can handle grinding and plating in cooperating factories, so we can accept orders for integrated part processing. We have established a well-prepared system because we possess NC data and work procedure notes for our monthly mass-produced products and repeat products. We plan to acquire ISO certification.



[Representative's message]
We have been consistently handling precision machining of small articles since our foundation, and we have manufactured a large number of products to date. We want to make use of J-GoodTech and cultivate new markets, and contribute to the development of individuals and society by taking on the challenge of further technology development.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We installed the latest NC automatic lathing equipment in 2015 and 2016 to develop and manufacture new parts. This made it possible for us to conduct eccentric hole drilling, and various kinds of processing for many processing fields. Recently we have increased the number of young staff members, and have been working on human resource development. We are also enforcing a corporate system for new market cultivation and new product development in cooperation with machine manufacturers and cooperating factories.

We do not have data on our market share data, but we have an extensive track record of deliveries to major manufacturers of automobile parts and construction machine parts.
