We respond promptly to all customer requests including (1) provision of proposals for the most appropriate shape and material at the product development stage using VA/VE analysis; (2) consultations on the processing method based on the actual product or drawings, or with no drawings; (3) provision of additional processing services through our affiliated companies; (4) speedy delivery and stable quality of repeat products and lot-ordered mass-produced products through our stored processing programs; and (5) creation of a database in our original system for tracking the progress of each process, the processing cycle time history and the material unit price, which ensures a quick response aiming for “repeat quotations within 30 minutes and new quotations within 60 minutes”.

[Business description]
Our main business is precision processing of metal (iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass) and resin parts for semiconductor manufacturing devices, medical equipment, and industrial machinery, using NC lathes and machining centers. We have particular expertise in precision lathe processing of circular objects and thin objects. Our established network of affiliated companies allows to provide additional processing services including gear/key groove processing, various plating solutions, blackening, heat treatment, grinding and sheet metal processing. We ensure customer satisfaction through our advanced production management system and prompt response to customer requests: “repeat quotations within 30 minutes and new quotations within 60 minutes”.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have five processing headstock-moving CNC automatic lathes (Swiss type, Peterman lathe) capable of bar working (automatic processing of bar material having a predetermined length of 2–3 m, as is), five NC lathes, three NC combined lathes, and three MCs. Our specific expertise is in high-precision lathe processing of small-diameter circular parts (diameter of 0.5–20 mm, and maximum shaving length of 200 mm), and lathe/MC processing technology for complex shapes such as flanges and bearing receivers. We also have three-dimensional CNC measurement equipment with an image measurement function, and a strict quality assurance system for semiconductor production devices, medical equipment and optical equipment, which require strict control against fine scratches.

We receive a high rating from our customers with respect to our lathe processing technology for thin objects, which we continually strive to develop and improve. We will also be introducing a new grinding processing technology along with our affiliated companies to establish high value added precision processing technology for thin parts in new fields, such as advanced medical equipment including endoscopic surgical instruments and accessories in collaboration with a renowned designer in Kyoto.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
One staff member in the General Affairs Department, one in the Engineering Department and the Chairman & CEO are in charge of sales channel development, which includes managing the system for prompt quotations and deliveries, cultivation of existing customers and development of new customers, and technical inquiries. With respect to overseas sales, we plan to establish and deploy a system for direct trade upon receiving inquiries.
