Our company is a hot forged product manufacturer providing products to various fields. We mainly manufacture and sell tie plates for Shinkansen bullet trains and ordinary rail lines, ship parts, automobile parts, and building and construction machinery parts. We have many customers in Japan including JR Tokai, JR Kyushu, and Technos. We have confidence in our technical power and satisfy requests for general forged products and also for extrusion-forged products and hand-forged products. We can apply extrusion forging to manufacture products with internal and external surfaces that are totally free of draft angles. Our technology for manufacturing products by closed-die forging with a hammer and finishing them by extrusion forging is called forging hand (FH) processing. This technology ensures fine finishing on the inside and outside. We won a prize for excellent work in a production contest held at Micro Monozukuri Okayama in February 2016.
