[Company strength]
We have the technical capability to meet requests from a wide variety of fields. We produce tools and working jigs such as blades necessary for working by ourselves and use them to shorten the delivery period. We always consider efficiency and make repeated improvements so as to satisfy the stringent cost requirements of customers.

Metal turning working: Our parts are used in a variety of fields including automobiles, optical equipment, semiconductor equipment, analyzers, medical equipment and entertainment products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are particularly good at micromachining small parts such as M1 microscrews. We are also good at microhole machining. For example, in SUS304 we can drill a hole about 30 mm long and 1.5 mm across or about 60 mm long and 2.0 mm across (aspect ratio of about 20). Our parts manufacturing is managed by a production management system, and we can instantly check the status from material arrival to shipment, using our traceability management system.

All our employees constantly consider how to make things better and improve the efficiency of our operations, and come up with excellent ideas for ways of making things. Another strength is that we put such ideas into actual practice; we actively take on challenges in order to remain needed by our customers. We intend to utilize our human resource network and set up business in Asian countries including Thailand and Bangladesh.

Our products are used in various fields as mechanism elements. To expand our sales channels, we intend to inform the world of our products and techniques through exhibitions, identify what customers want and need, and increase opportunities for us to come up with ideas for new products. We have personnel who can use English, Russian and Bengali (outsourcing). We are now establishing a system to handle orders and inquiries from overseas.
