[Company strength]
We have experience and know-how on design and development under OEM contract with major companies, medical equipment manufacturers and food machine manufacturers. We perform design in-house using 3-D CAD (SolidWorks). We have machining facilities such as a machining center (Yamazaki Mazac) and general-purpose lathe (YAM), so we can manufacture prototypes in-house. As well as mechanical design, we can also design simple electric circuits in-house. We have the space and human resources to conduct in-house electric wiring and assembly.

We manufacture dry ice vending machines, agitators for medical use and powder fillers, etc. In accordance with the customer’s request, we quickly handle all tasks from in-house design/development to in-house machining and assembly. We also accept orders for components, as well as whole machines.

[Representative's message]
Our company was established independently to focus on performing mounting inspections of electronic equipment. Later, we expanded to handle the design, manufacturing and sales of mechanical parts, etc., in addition to sales of electronic equipment parts and development of software and hardware. We have improved our systems such as processing facilities including general-purpose lathes (YAM) and machining centers (Yamazaki Mazac), introduced 3D CAD (SolidWorks), and constructed the Shizuoka factory. In the future we will use our advantages to develop our own-branded products.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are cultivating new markets by participating in various business meetings and exhibitions in the prefecture and metropolitan area. We participate in these activities based on information mainly from financial institutions. Regarding overseas expansion, we collect information through the Kanto Economy and Industry Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In overseas transactions, we commission a company which handles global business to perform on-site surveys and interpreting.
