We have much experience in deep-drawing of pressed parts for export and for industrial equipment.
We are a metal pressed item manufacturer founded in 1939. We also design and produce molds. Our main businesses include pressing and rolling of automobile suspension parts and drum brake parts. Our clients include Showa Corp., Akebono Brake Industry, Hitachi Automotive Systems, and Ogura Clutch. Outside Japan, we export our products to Japanese companies in China and Thailand. Since our foundation, we have accumulated know-how and excel at deep-drawing of bicycle, automobile, and industrial pressed parts. We have much equipment including pressing machines that can deep-draw up to 185 mm, thereby meeting various customer needs.

[Company strength] Our diverse range of production equipment includes 200 to 500-ton transfer presses, 100 to 800-ton progressive presses, and other single presses. We can arrange the optimal set of equipment to meet customers’ varying requests. We can use our overseas network, including Ohnishi Precision Machinery (Suzhou) and Thai Synergy Works depending on the needs. For protection of the environment and human life, as a press manufacturer we now face the major issues of reducing weight and increasing the strength of materials. We actively work on incorporating new mold techniques and pressing techniques. We design, produce and mass-produce molds based on customers’ production drawings. [Industry] Metal pressing and production [Strength of products/technologies] In terms of products and technologies, our major products are drawn-shaped automobile suspension parts. Many of our products are important safety-related parts, and so we comply with strict quality, performance and durability requirements which are difficult to achieve. Currently, we are striving to develop sheet forging technology, mainly centering on wall thickening, as part of our effort to develop new technologies. Regarding equipment, we can achieve deep-drawing of up to 185 mm, which differentiates us from our competitors. We practice selection, concentration and differentiation and provide services to customers so as to flexibly satisfy every need. [Representative's message] Our major products, automobile parts, are based on “local production for local consumption.” As domestic demand decreases, the number of cars made in Japan also decreases. In order for our factories both in and out of Japan to survive, we conduct “selection, concentration, and differentiation,” clarify the direction depending on customers’ requests, adapt to modern demands flexibly, and continue to reform our own management system in anticipation of the future. We are now planning to participate in exhibitions to expand our technical breadth, increase our sales network, and contribute to building an affluent society. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] In exploration of sales routes, the head office factory and overseas factories share each other’s customers, unknown to each other, and information, and visit new customers. In order to accelerate sales outside Japan, we are building a mutual support system including sharing each other’s technical strengths and sending necessary personnel to each other whenever necessary. We are developing employees who can work globally in the future by periodically holding language workshops in English, Chinese and Thai, as part of our global human resources development.
