(1) Our company is a manufacturer of iron castings, and our factory has ClassNK certification.  ClassNK is a classification society regarded as being highly authoritative around the world. They are a third-party organization whose main business is inspection. We passed a severe examination and received official certification as a factory capable of manufacturing ship parts.
(2) We meet orders punctually even for single or small-lot products, high-precision parts, and urgent deliveries. These are our advantages.


[Business description]
We conduct casting design based on customer-supplied drawings for iron castings weighing from 100 to 8,000 kg. We make use of our integrated production system from wooden mold production to casting to stably provide more complicated, higher-grade castings to representative Japanese companies. We manufacture small to large products, and even single articles with quick turnarounds.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has many product and technical advantages.
(1) We are capable of manufacturing six-ton or larger castings in a three-ton melting furnace by making use of molten metal blending technology.
(2) We are one of the few companies in Japan capable of manufacturing six-ton or larger castings with high quality. This includes casings for large compressors (weight: 7,400 kg; material: spheroidal graphite cast iron FCD-600-3; tensile strength: 600 N per square millimeter or more).
(3) We perform material management for every charge by using an emission spectrometer (14-element) and statistical numeric management to reduce the defective fraction.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales channel development staff is organized from a total of three people: one from the general affairs division, one from the engineering division, and the representative director. They deepen transactions with our current customers, acquire new customers, and answer technical inquiries. We do not have direct transactions with overseas companies at present. We have made overseas deliveries through our customers, so we believe there is sufficient demand for our overseas expansion. We will establish a system if we receive any inquiries, and proceed with overseas expansion by receiving support from support organizations.
