We are expanding our product range by heat exchangers using diffusion bonding technology.
We manufacture and sell special 3D structure parts using diffusion bonding technology such as heat exchangers, water-cooling heat sinks, and sheet heat pipes. We do business with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Kishu Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., Yamato Scale Co., Ltd., Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc., and Hitachi Automotive Systems Measurement, Ltd. We own unique bonding equipment design know-how, process management, and high-precision diffusion bonding technology, and use these to propose solutions. Our response to diverse needs has contributed to the expansion of operations. We acquired patents for “A method of manufacturing metal bellows and metal bellows”, “A vapor chamber”, and “A heat conduction composite material and method of manufacturing the same”, respectively.
[Company strength] As a comprehensive diffusion bonding manufacturer, we can supply parts and products under a one-stop service from trial manufacturing to mass-production. We mass-produce diffusion-bonded parts and products and reduce the cost of these parts and products by using diffusion bonding equipment developed and designed in-house, diffusion bonding process management, a quality assurance system, and line automation technology. We conduct in-house the evaluation of materials to learn about the diffusion bonding process (microscopic observation, strength tests, SEM, EDX, with ultrasonic flaw detectors, thermal shock testing machines, etc.), and the calculation and evaluation of thermals fluid after completing the functional parts. We can provide standard products including heat exchangers, water-cooling heat sinks, and sheet heat pipes as products developed and designed in-house. Our products are widely used in various fields related to automobiles, electricity, semiconductors, industrial machines, and food production machines.
