[Company strength]
(1) We perform integrated production of cast metal products weighing up to 15 t, including design and production of full-mold patterns using CAD/CAM, melting with minimal impurities by a high-frequency induction furnace, and full-mold casting of complex shapes. (2) We have a nationwide sales network. We have accumulated techniques from working with major car makers and car part makers, and we conduct joint research with our customers. Through these techniques and joint research, we have acquired technical capabilities that enable us to propose original cast iron materials suitable for particular conditions, and can thus meet the requested performance and cost.



[Business description]
We mainly produce large cast metal products such as press forming dies, holders for aluminum die casting, and frames for industrial machines. We supply the products to car makers, pressed part makers, die makers, and industrial machine makers. We also perform the design, manufacture, sale and installation of iron covers for manholes, water supply and sewerage facilities, cast metal articles for landscaping, and surface plates made of cast iron. Moreover, we design and produce foaming polystyrol patterns.

Casting

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at dies and cast metal products for holders using a full-mold casting method, and we have strength in manufacturing large products with complicated shapes. We are able to reduce costs by reducing processing costs. (1) Our cast metal products for press dies use cast iron made of original materials as good as die steel and tool steel; using cast metal instead of steel reduces the die cost. A surface hardening technique is applied to these products so that only the necessary parts have wear resistance. (2) Our cast metal holder products for aluminum die casting are made of original material and have the same strength and toughness as cast steel, and meet customers’ needs for lower cost thanks to the use of casting.

We help customers reduce costs through technical proposals and our original materials to meet customers’ needs in the fields of press dies for cars and cast metal holder products for aluminum die casting. We will expand these technical capabilities and results to new fields to diversify and stabilize our management.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
In our domestic sales system, six members carry out sales by field and area. We will strengthen the technical development department to boost sales to existing customers and win new customers and sales channels in new fields. We are expanding overseas sales channels mainly through our customers, but we will also increase sales through trading companies.
