We have a track record of offering original foods using the Kumamoto Prefecture specialty of lotus roots.

We manufacture and sell products including mustard lotus root, which is a local specialty of Kumamoto Prefecture. We handle processing from the cultivation of lotus roots without using agricultural chemicals to product development. We sell three-colored lotus roots, lotus root chips, lotus root croquettes, lotus root confections, and so on. We do business with many domestic Japanese companies, such as Redhorse, Mitsui Food, Nakamurakaku, Izutsuya, and AP company. We have received high evaluations from various institutions. This includes the Kumamoto Prefecture Product Association Excellent Product Prize, the Kumamoto Prefecture Federation of Societies of Commerce and Industry Crystal Prize, and so on. We received Local Industry Resource Utilization Project authorization from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2013.

Our company has been pursuing cooking and processing methods since our foundation in 1989 in order to deliver the deliciousness of lotus roots to every consumer. We now start from the in-house cultivation of lotus roots without using agricultural chemicals, and manufacture and sell various original products. We offer mustard lotus root, which is a local specialty of Kumamoto Prefecture, as well as lotus root products born from Kumamoto’s rich natural environment. We strongly hope that these products will become familiar and popular among consumers in the prefecture and elsewhere.
