[Company strength]
The main target of our two-color molding metal mold technology is in-vehicle plastic parts and other complicated multi-cavity parts. We have been working on this two-color molding metal mold technology for more than 20 years, and by working with customers to solve technical issues, we have advantages in good performance and know-how.



[Business description]
We are conducting the design and manufacture of plastic metal molds, the processing of plastic die-cast metal mold parts and other machine parts, etc., and the consignment trial manufacture of small-lot resin products. In particular, we are focusing on manufacturing two-color molding metal molds which increase the efficiency and reduce the cost of manufacturing lines by molding separate plastic components at the same time. (In the plastics industry, the word “two-color” is used in the context of “different resin materials” or “different parts”.)

[Strength of products/technologies]
The two-color molding metal mold technology is used to mold multiple parts at the same time, and to reduce the assembly steps. The technology is suitable for mass-produced common parts. For example, it enables one-shot molding for manufacturing parts with complicated structures, such as the outlet of an air conditioner where the vertical blade and the movable horizontal blade intersect. It is also used for the metal mold for one-shot manufacturing of integrated molding of resin material, which has different properties, such as elastomer and PP materials.



[Representative's message]
Customer needs for metal molds with higher cycle and maintenance-free features are increasing. In order to supply metal molds which meet such requirements, we are developing technology, improving systems, conducting material research, and visualizing the experiential value, without being satisfied with the current state. Although we are a small enterprise, we aim to become an engineering group in which all staff share the corporate culture and actively tackle difficult problems.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We mostly sell to enterprises in the Chubu district of Japan. However, we are actively seeking other enterprises which require our technology. As regards overseas sales, in particular, we would like to work with regional support organizations such as Hokuriku Regional HQ of the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, and Toyama Prefecture New Century Industrial Organization.

We do not have detailed market data on the two-color molding metal mold technology. However, our company is one of only a few domestic manufacturers of resin metal molds.
