Our company has sufficient customer support power to deeply understand customer needs and propose the best methods. We also possess state-of-the-art equipment such as high-speed, high-precision CNC jig borers and composite NC lathes with a Y axis. We can reproduce, repair, and maintain molds even without drawings. [Business description]
Our businesses include mold manufacturing for plastic injection molding and jig, tool, and precision part manufacturing. This breaks down to about 90% for molds and about 10% for jigs, tools, and precision parts. We can be called an expert company in designing and manufacturing various molds in the plastic injection molding field. We have been working hard since our foundation under down-to-earth management policies. We implement state-of-the-art equipment throughout our work processes, and we are devoted to improving our technology and services to provide better products to our customers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our machining building is air-conditioned 24 hours a day to further improve our accuracy and quality. We have an extensive track record in manufacturing hot runners, screw extractors, complicated mechanisms, and advanced high-cycle molds. We extend the operating life of our multi-cavity molds by applying our high-precision machining and measurement know-how to minimize error for each plate-cavity pitch. We design and manufacture molds for remote locations and overseas production by taking into consideration the reproducibility and maintainability of spare parts. We plan and manufacture products with thorough drawing management as well as measurement and quality control.

[Representative's message]
We are extending our sales network by exhibiting our products at domestic Japanese exhibitions three times a year. We will further enhance our technical power and contribute to fields requiring high quality and durability. Molds for overseas markets can be procured from our partner factory in China. We recognize that overseas markets will increase in importance as the TPP comes into effect. Our company considers overseas sales channel development to be a management issue that we should focus on.

Our technical sales staff members (five in total) are organized from the sales staff and also from the design staff, who answer technical inquiries. They can visit customers all over Japan as required. We can supply products to the overseas corporations of domestic Japanese companies. We may also be able to supply products from our partner factory in China if the characteristics of the ordered molds allow it.

Our chairman, Akio Kubota, was awarded he Yellow Ribbon Medal for contributions to the development of the mold industry. He has also received the Distinguished Service Award for Industry and Economy from Toyama Prefecture.
