[Company strength]
We have particular expertise in machining profile parts made by forging or casting. The profile parts are inherently non-uniform in thickness and unbalanced in weight, which hinders precision machining and prevents finishing as indicated in the drawings (shaped with a low parallelism or roundness, displacement of work in machining, etc.) by ordinary means. We have achieved a machining tolerance of approximately ±0.01 mm for profile parts, even in a critical case. Our strength is our ability to consistently produce high-quality products based on our technical skills and experience accumulated over the years.

[Business description]
We have been engaged in the manufacture of metalwork parts since our foundation in 1973. We manufacture industrial machine parts, particularly for construction machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and automobiles, by means of NC lathe or MC machining. All parts are produced at our base plant in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Throughout our history, we have consistently aimed at providing the optimum quality, cost and delivery (QCD) for our customers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our area of expertise is machining of profile parts made by forging or casting. We can respond to orders ranging from small-volume lots to mass production. Several thousand pieces can be mass produced with a processing accuracy of ±0.01 mm. We can also provide mass-produced parts with a surface roughness of 0.4?1.0 Ra by using an NC lathe, not a polishing tool. Our integrated in-house production system handles all orders from small-lot machining for pre-production trial (turning of a blank bar, gasket material, etc.) to mass production. We are experienced in machining parts with a weight of approximately 0.2?70 kg and a diameter of approximately φ30?500. We can also provide in-house production of profile parts such as cast parts, forged parts, and gasket materials as well as round bars.

We have focused on the fabrication of metalwork parts since our foundation in 1973. We have continuously upgraded our skills in machining profile parts based on our first president’s motto “We undertake machining that other companies turn down.” We will continue to uphold our founder’s ambition and hand it down to the next generation. We aim to support global industry as an enterprise of “Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Nippon” as well as revitalizing regional industry.

We intend to actively participate in the various exhibitions and business conferences held by local governments, public support organizations, and financial institutions in order to grasp the current corporate needs and the market status and problems. We will also propose the application of our products in response to such needs. In addition, we intend to make use of subsidies from the government and public support institutions to equip our facilities with necessary industrial machinery, improve our technical skills, and, as a result, further develop our sales channels.
