[Company strength]
We manufacture metal parts for all types of industrial fields including machine tools, printing machines, semiconductors and medical equipment. Our integrated in-house production system, which includes metal material design, machining and simple assembly, ensures the provision of total customer support from material selection to finished product delivery. Our production is mainly carried out in the Philippines and Thailand to secure our cost-competitive edge. Last year marked the start of sales activities in the USA market, and this year marks the start of factory operations in Columbia, South America.

[Business description]
We manufacture lost wax precision cast products and metal injection sintering parts for delivery as our leading products to 1,300 companies in major industries such as printing machines, general industrial machinery, machine tools, transportation devices, and semiconductor-related industries. Moreover, we manufacture ceramic injection sintering parts, FRP injection molded products, die parts for press molding, and other jigs and parts, and provide precision processing of lost wax parts and the design of precision machine parts. We conduct business globally through production plants in Japan, Philippines, Thailand, and Columbia, trade bases at six locations in Japan and one in Thailand, and a sales base in the USA.

[Industry]
Precision casting

[Strength of products/technologies]
Utilizing our exclusive technology for lost wax casting, we provide products with much higher dimensional accuracy and finer casting surfaces than conventional cast products. We manufacture parts for integrating adjoining parts, handle various materials including titanium, aluminum and zinc, and replace conventionally machined screws and gears with cast parts. Our metal injection technology is a next-generation fine molding technology enabling the fabrication of complicated three-dimensional shaped parts, provides a smooth surface and high accuracy due to the materials, and demonstrates advantages in commercializing difficult-to-cut material parts. The high accuracy enables insertion molding with parts made of different materials or by different methods, and enables cost reduction, high strength, and weight reduction.

[Representative's message]
We have mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of precision cast parts and have grown into a global enterprise continually developing business in Japan and Southeast Asia. Even during the recent turning point in business, we maintained our philosophy “To work as the best partner of our customers.” We will persistently provide our clients with the best value.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are developing domestic sales channels at six business bases in Hiroshima, Osaka, Nagoya, Tokyo, Chiba and Kanagawa. We conduct sales activities from the base in Thailand directed toward Southeast Asia, and at the USA base established in Houston last year. The majority (90%) of our production is carried out by group companies at two plants in the Philippines and two plants in Thailand. In 2016, the Columbia plant in South America started operations directed toward the USA market.

[Market share/Ranking]
We estimate that we have the top share in the domestic market among lost wax manufacturers externally selling general industrial parts.
