[Company strength]
Our company possesses various kinds of equipment to process many different gears, pinion shafts, pinion gears, and internal gears. We can cut gears up to 1800 mm in diameter (module 24) and grind gears with a maximum diameter of module 30. We can manufacture master gears of JIS 00 class precision for engagement test machines. We handle SCM415, S45C, SCM440, SUS, and various other materials. Our company possesses a full lineup of quality management equipment. We make use of this equipment for final inspections, and also for processing products according to requested specifications at each stage of manufacturing.

Our company has been devoted to improving gear technologies since our establishment in 1928. We pursue reliability and sincerity in our business management and quality and cost in our product manufacturing. We now receive the patronage of many customers as a company that specializes in the gear business. We hope to offer our customers a fresh wind with the change in generations while inheriting the spirit of our predecessors. Our company now provides various kinds of gears required in a wide range of industrial fields. Our products include transmission and reduction gears, and also gears for general industrial machines, machine tools, various kinds of equipment, airplanes, and automobiles. Our noise reduction technology is particularly highly appreciated because of our wealth of accumulated know-how.

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) We have confidence in our quality and delivery date management because we have an integrated in-house production system for all processes except materials and thermal treatment.
(2) We are capable of machining from fine-pitch modules (0.45) to large modules (30).
(3) Our company is particularly well-equipped with many gear grinding machines and we excel at manufacturing silent gears with high precision. We recently introduced a state-of-the-art gear grinding machine. This has made it possible for us to machine gears with large modules and special tooth shapes.
