Our company designs, manufactures, and sells aluminum honeycomb panels. We provide integrated production of lightweight, high-strength, high-accuracy aluminum honeycomb panels from design and manufacturing to surface treatment and post-processing. We have established a production system capable of handling orders from single articles to mass production. Our products have been adopted in various fields, such as aerospace, automobiles and vehicles, printing machines, LCDs, semiconductors, solar batteries, medical equipment, production equipment, building materials, and furniture and interiors.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We optimize the use of the features of aluminum honeycomb panels to provide products having the following advantages.
(1) Light weight and high strength: The same flexural rigidity can be available from a material with a weight as light as about one-fifth that of aluminum and one-tenth that of iron.
(2) Excellent planeness: Our products feature planeness as high as about ±0.05 mm per square meter, so they are also used as absorption panels for printing machines.
(3) Machining: Our products allow for various kinds of machining, such as tapping, piercing, counter-boring, hole or pocket machining, chipping, and grooving, like ordinary metal materials.
(4) Cost reduction: Our panels may allow greater cost reductions than other materials depending on the dimensions and manufacturing quantity.

Our market has been growing in the aerospace field in recent years. This includes artificial satellites, for which aluminum honeycomb panels have been newly adopted. We anticipate that this market will be our main source of revenue in the future. We are also enjoying a steady increase in users of our aluminum honeycomb panels in other new fields. Our company has a history of over 30 years as a manufacturer specialized in aluminum honeycomb panels. We will continue to tackle sales channel development, while always aiming at adoption for new uses.

Our managing director is authorized to make decisions about pricing and makes same-day quotations throughout the year to quickly satisfy customer requests. We have no plan to develop direct sales channels to overseas customers in the near future, but we will establish an overseas sales promotion system. This is because we have no doubt that there is a demand for aluminum honeycomb panels overseas.

[Joint research and development]
Our aluminum honeycomb panels are customized products. We determine specifications in a meeting with each customer and also help the customer evaluate a trial product. We propose cost reduction (VA/VE), optimal specifications as determined by strength analysis, and various patterns for products. This is done by making full use of the technologies, experience, and know-how we have accumulated to date. Our company is capable of making optimal proposals as a specialist in aluminum honeycomb panels. We have provided a university with panels and honeycomb cores for artificial satellites by holding technical meetings.

Our company basically sells products to corporate and personal customers with an address in Japan, but we have made many indirect deliveries through customers in Japan. Our domestic Japanese customers export the honeycomb panels we deliver to their overseas sites for use.
