[Company strength]
We have an integrated system that includes designing of various exclusive devices, automatic devices, control equipment, labor-saving equipment and inspection jigs, parts processing by various machine tools, assembling, testing, and installation and operation confirmation at the customer’s factory. We also flexibly respond to such matters as small lots of multiple products and mass-produced products, and reliably meet our customers’ needs not only for parts requiring precision processing, but for all machine parts. We are highly experienced in processing various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, iron, copper, brass and resin. We have introduced machine tools to our factories in China and Thailand, and have organized a system for high-quality production equal to that in Japan.

We have established business relations with customers in a wide range of fields, and have handled many different products since our establishment in 1973. We have also set up overseas bases including a factory in both China and Thailand, utilizing the techniques and know-how of monozukuri (manufacturing) craftsmanship that we have cultivated over the years. We have already organized a system for global development and production, securing excellent design and high quality equal to that of products made in Japan. We have established a wide range of response measures for exclusive devices and automatic equipment, from prototypes to OEM supply of mass-production machines, regardless of the industry or field. We respond to requests for ultra-precision processing/hard-to-work processing for jigs. We offer a wide range of services from proposals to development of parts for which precision processing has been impossible until now, but which we can achieve by using highly precise techniques and laser processing, wire electric discharge processing, profile processing, machining and milling.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We provide high-performance and high-quality products at low cost with quick delivery by making full use of our strengths including our integrated in-house production system for processes ranging from development and design to delivery, installation and maintenance. We can also realize processing in all shapes based on our extensive track record and technical know-how accumulated since our establishment. Customers often bring us processing work refused by other companies. We accept orders for the manufacture of only one prototype and only one sample product for mass production. In addition, our many large-sized mechanical facilities and high-precision techniques allow us to respond to customers’ various needs for machine processing. We carry out processing of parts and products with high precision by continuously improving the knowledge and technical skills of our staff.
