[Company strength]
We can make use of our original metal mold design technology to support reducing the number of metal mold parts, and to promote quick delivery and cost reduction. We possess a processing equipment series. This allows us to deepen our original technology, and develop and accumulate new technology by making use of the synergy among the machining, plastic processing, and design processes. We receive a high level trust from our customers. We have a track record of pressed metal mold design and manufacturing production with various methods, such as progressive, transfer, and single-shot. We produce pressed products related to parts for bearings, hydraulic pressure equipment, and conveyance machines. In the machining field we also manufacture precision machine elements, jigs and tools, and so on, as well as pressed metal mold part manufacturing.

We have constructed an integrated production system from pressed metal mold design and manufacturing to commercializing press molded articles. We possess an in-house processing equipment series for metal mold parts. This is how we can cover processing from jig and tool design and manufacturing to precision machine part processing, as well as metal mold parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have been manufacturing and selling press molded articles for bearings since our foundation in 1958. Recently we have also been handling parts related to hydraulic pressure equipment, conveyance machines, and so on. We have introduced several sets of the latest processing equipment, such as machines for formed grinding and die sinking EDM, and machining centers. Our goal is to extend the lifetime of metal molds by improving the precision of pressed metal molds. We have been actively working on handling machining in order to enhance the precision of our overall metalworking technology. We hope to continue to specialize in pressed metal mold design and manufacturing, and accumulating technology and know-how. At the same time we want to accumulate original know-how about developing peripheral equipment for press machines.

We have been conducting processing from pressed metal mold design and manufacturing to pressing ever since our foundation in 1958. New ties with people have been strengthened in recent years by our introduction of the latest pressing machines and precision machining equipment.
