[Company strength]
We started as a general gear manufacturer in Hatsune-cho (Johoku-cho at present), Toyama City in 1949. We have worked to meet customer’ expectations by actively developing new techniques, TQC, and TPM under a motto of maintaining and improving reliable techniques, stable processing and high-quality products. We will continue to meet customers’ requests by our ability to receive orders under an integrated production system covering designing, processing, assembly and installation on the basis of our excellent “Monozukuri (manufacturing)” and accumulated technical capabilities and know-how.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can carry out integrated production from designing devices by CAD to part processing, assembly and adjustment. We have 38 devices including machining centers (vertical type, horizontal type and gantry type) and various machine tools (NC lathes, turning machines, grinding machines, hobbing machines, etc.). Our five-face processing machine has an automatic length measuring function, and can measure large parts which cannot be placed on a three-dimensional measuring instrument. We can also weld ultra-thin stainless steel plates of 0.05 mm by a precision YAG laser processing machine. We can measure not only parts but also assembled structures with high accuracy, utilizing our three-dimensional measuring instruments, length measurement microscope, and stereomicroscope installed in a temperature-controlled room. We can analyze not only parts but also assembled structures.

We strive to conduct activities in-house, including reliable techniques, stable processing and high-quality products, and to develop new techniques, TQC, TPM, etc. The environment surrounding companies is becoming increasingly severe, including technical innovation, fiercer competition, and diversification of users’ needs, in addition to the progress of globalization and digitization. We will develop new markets and produce high-quality, value-added products by ongoing technical development. To achieve this, we will actively absorb new techniques, information, know-how, etc., enter new fields with high aspirations, and challenge infinite possibilities, thus meeting expectations.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We started with the processing of gears for weaving machines, and have a proven track record of receiving orders for various industrial equipment (automobile-related facilities, press machinery, light electrical facilities, semiconductors, liquid crystal manufacturing devices, etc.) in accordance with changing needs. Based on these results, our sales division will actively make proposals to solve customers’ problems, with the technical division supporting them using an inspection system approved by major manufacturers, and with production management covering all processes from appropriate procurement to shipment. We will thus make every effort to respond to customers’ needs.
