[Company strength]
Metal worked products are widely used as parts for bicycles and automobiles. Our combination of cold forging and machining enables a free selection of shapes and functions. This includes high-precision gear shaping and internal threading. Our company even actively satisfies needs for a great variety of special screws. This is done by making the most of our excellent design and development strengths and technologies for cold forging and machining.

[Business description]
Our company receives orders for bicycle, automobile, architectural, and special parts and we manufacture and sell parts like these. We aim to manufacture products that satisfy the requests presented by our customers in the drawings. Our production technology section prepares mold drawings and our PF section executes thorough heading and secondary machining, including quality assurance and partial distribution. We have been building up technical power and know-how for over 40 years since our establishment. Our philosophy is to provide high quality, strict punctuality, and low costs. We are working to be a company that is capable of making proposals based on our strength and know-how.

Manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our technology has made it possible to cover many processes by cold forging. This includes pipe slitting to impart slits to pipes, and long drawing to obtain long and small diameters from large works. We also cover irregular-shape drawing to obtain different shapes, such as gear shapes, and eccentric shaping to displace central points, which used to be considered impossible with casting or machining. Our advantage is our capability to handle materials other than cold forged materials (iron and steel materials). This particularly includes nonferrous materials like aluminum A5000, A6000 and A7000, SUSXM7, SUS410 and SUS430 stainless steel, C2700 brass, and titanium. We can manufacture products as thin as 1.2 mm while other companies cannot achieve thicknesses less than 2.5 mm. Manufacturing a thin product imposes stress on the mold or product itself, so it is highly possible that the products or mold would break because of abrasion or seizure. Our company elaborates the process layout and manufactures mold tools in-house to make it possible to manufacture even thin products. We also excel at drilling small-diameter holes. We handle all processes from cold forging to machining. Other companies can handle processing up to cold forging and screw threading. We are the only company capable of handling even machining products in-house.

[Representative's message]
We advanced into Singapore in 1993 with our own heading and machining technologies. We continued to expand our sales channels to neighboring countries including Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and advanced into Malaysia in 2010 and established a private office in 2015. Cambodia's special economic zone is attracting attention as a secondary industrial area for Thailand. We aim to establish a company capable of making proposals to protect the global environment and prevent global warming with our technology power for heading and machining.  We are deepening our engagement with a Japanese national in Cambodia (Tayama) to achieve this aim. We are also continuing to contribute to the local community by educating and training Cambodians.

We are further strengthening our sales system and making efforts to expand our business and receive orders from new fields. We are further promoting passing down and improving our technology power in order to satisfy customer needs. We are installing new equipment and also improving and altering existing equipment to achieve new products that we could not have produced before.
