Our motto is consistency in control and business system architectures from the beginning (proposals) to the end (maintenance). We regard user problems such as malfunctions in operating hardware as being opportunities, and we work hard to provide prompt responses and proactive improvement advice. We also allocate ample time to listen attentively to users and strive to develop products from the user’s point of view. This is so we can conceive of the key elements in creating a useable system with high utility value.

We develop control and business systems. This includes various control systems that work with equipment controls, various embedded measurement systems for production lines, information guidance systems using kiosk terminals, production management systems, and traceability systems.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our aim is to build systems that encompass all the user’s business process operations, beginning with the development of control systems. We spend ample time listening to users, and to ensure that this time is profitable we keep up to date on industry trends and next-generation technologies. Our goal is to have an overall perspective on what’s going on in the world. We can also smoothly address requests from users for new expansion of current products or systems. We have assisted in developing systems using RFID (noncontact IC tags) and 3D measurement equipment that rely on image processing applications.

We may be few in number, but our company is unusual in that all our engineers make use of their knowledge, skills, and experience to make proposals directly to users. Currently we have been developing many projects oriented to user needs, but we are also developing proprietary solutions to be more proactive in proposing original, in-house solutions. We are equipped with a broad outlook on technical development through our deliveries to large corporations and our work on national projects. We develop products with a high regard for the user experience and emotional response. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
All our engineers are involved in sales activities, client discussions, and proposals in addition to their technical development operations, so they can quickly respond if sudden problems arise. Our business and sales representatives take the lead in sales activities to cultivate new business opportunities. This is based on collecting information at exhibitions, seminars, and business exchange meetings. It is premature for us to consider overseas expansion at the present time, but we do plan to actively engage in inviting overseas engineers at the earliest possible stage.
