Our core businesses are metal processing techniques and plasma/oil recovery devices.

Our main businesses are the cutting and welding of metal, sheet metal processing, etc. Utilizing these metal processing techniques, we have developed a plasma processing device and an oil recovery device in-house. The plasma processing device improves the surface of metal, glass, resin, etc. by generating plasma on an inner wall of an object. The device can give hydrophilicity to the surface of a laboratory dish and a test tube, causing a liquid to spread over the whole surface, and can beautifully print on vinyl surfaces. The oil recovery device reduces cleaning costs by collecting food oil before being poured down a grease trap (oil-proof valve) of a drainpipe in eating and drinking establishments.

[Company strength]
Since its establishment, our company has aimed to contribute to society through three main businesses: a metal processing business, a plasma business and an oil recovery device business. The company environment allows us to easily realize new ideas for metal processing because we can carry out cutting, sheet metal processing and welding in one building. We actively tackle environmental matters including the plasma business and oil recovery device business (sales of oil pools) to contribute to society. We will also continue to actively seek to solve social issues through our businesses.

We are an enterprise that continually takes on new challenges such as developing new products and contributing to society, utilizing our technical capabilities of metal processing which we have cultivated for more than 30 years since our establishment. Our core business is metal processing such as cutting, welding and sheet metal processing. We develop plasma processing devices for giving hydrophilicity to various materials, and develop and sell oil recovery devices for solving the problem of grease traps in eating and drinking establishments, etc., applying the technical know-how we have obtained in the metal processing industry.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our plasma surface processing technology confers and improves hydrophilicity, adhesive properties, coating characteristics and printability by generating a plasma on an inner wall of an object, and improving the surface of inner walls made of various materials such as metal and glass. This technology is unique, and we have already obtained a patent for it. Our oil recovery device greatly reduces the cost of cleaning grease traps and the cost of maintaining harm-removing facilities. The device is also eco-friendly because it solves the problem of pipe clogging due to oil, preventing dirty water from flowing out as it is.

[Representative's message]
Following the Lehman shock, we sought new techniques and businesses, and came up with the plasma business and environment-related business. We improved our techniques by repeated development, and have now added these two businesses to our existing business. As a result, we can now contribute to society which we have always aimed to do since our establishment. We will continue such studies for many years. Enterprises should not only pursue profit but also establish business models that contribute to society such as solving environmental problems. We will continue to build other businesses that contribute to society and meet society’s needs.

We will participate in exhibitions and business negotiation meetings held by administrative organizations, public support organizations, financial institutions, and others to grasp the needs of participating enterprises and problems and the present situation of the market, and propose appropriate uses of our products, thus expanding sales channels. We will also develop unique products using subsidies and support programs of administrative organizations and public support organizations, in order to develop new sales channels.
