We excel in manufacturing composite products utilizing rubber, plastic and resin coatings.

We have focused on developing novel fabrication methods and thus have a major advantage in manufacturing composite products using rubber, plastic and resin coatings. One of the resulting products is organ-type acceleration pedals, which are critical safety parts for luxury cars like the Lexus, and which we provided for 15 years. We have also provided rubber vibration isolators for motorcycles for more than 40 years. An independently developed method for stretching mesh fabric was applied to a stacking chair using mesh fabric, which is the first product of its kind in Japan.

[Company strength]
We have a fully integrated production system that includes design, trial manufacturing, mold manufacturing and mass production, and thus can provide our customers with total Monozukuri craftsmanship. We support our customers in new product development along with material/composition selection according to use, functional problem solution, molding shape/design proposal, and trial fabrication, by making use of the extensive knowledge and expertise that we have accumulated over the years. In addition, we provide customers with: fabrication of molds, jigs and tools for transition from trial fabrication to mass production; fabrication of equipment to be installed; and QCD control of mass-produced goods.

We manufacture numerous products using our unique fabrication technologies (some are patented) based on the three pillars of rubber, plastic and resin coatings. Our products are delivered to customers in a wide range of fields such as automobiles, motorcycles, boats, musical instruments, housing, facility furniture and civil engineering.

We actively participate in domestic trade exhibitions to reach new customers and acquire new orders for product development. We have further expanded into new business fields, specifically into the medical field. In addition, we plan to participate in a German trade exhibition to promote overseas expansion and obtain a production center abroad.

We have the following internal structure to respond to customer needs.
Sales Department/Product Planning Office (7 sales reps, Yoshida is in charge) responds to domestic customers as a general counter for product development matters or technical inquiries.
We can respond to inquiries in English. (We are increasing and training staff for responding to inquiries from abroad.)
Production Department/Production Engineering Office responds to specific technical matters (technical staff of 5).


[Market share/Ranking]
The seat and backrest parts of stacking chairs manufactured by using our patented method have the largest domestic share. These parts are also exported abroad and are highly evaluated.

[Intellectual property]
“Melting stick method” and “mesh insertion method” independently developed for stretching mesh fabric with a high and uniform tensile force, and stacking chairs fabricated by using these methods.

We directly deal with a large number of finished product manufacturers of automobiles, motorcycles, boats, yachts, pools, and musical instruments and we also handle transactions as a Tier 1 supplier. Our organ-type acceleration pedals for luxury cars including the Lexus are installed in all vehicles for the domestic market.
