[Company strength]
We have established a strict quality assurance system specific to aircraft applications, and we have been handling parts processing for defense-related aircraft and private-sector aircraft for many years. We apply this quality assurance system to the whole company. In our rolling stock unit we also manufacture products under strict inspection and shipping control, including special processes (welding). We have a track record in manufacturing products in other fields (such as signboards). This is done by making use of our system and equipment with which we can perform integrated production of sheet metal products. We can receive orders with full flexibility.

[Business description]
We manufacture sheet metal parts for aircraft and rolling stock. We mainly process aluminum, iron, and stainless steel. We also manufacture jigs and tools for aircraft parts such as dedicated carts for conveying welded structures, as well as aircraft part processing and molding. We conduct integrated production of rolling stock parts from process design to developing drawings, procuring materials, cutting-off, bending, and welding.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Aircraft parts are mainly produced by manual work. It is necessary to conduct precise work by observing the rules and procedures for the work based on the drawings. We manufacture all items for jigs and tools for aircraft parts. This includes dedicated carts for conveying welded structures and jigs for operation and for towing, as well as templates and processing data required for small parts processing. Some parts for rolling stock have complicated shapes and require sufficient accuracy for mounting. This includes skirts and wind tunnels (ducts). We can manufacture these parts using welding structures.

We work on our daily company business with confidence and pride because we manufacture parts for transportation vehicles that directly relate to people’s lives. Aircraft manufacturing is said to be one of the few growth industries, but we recognize that we have to be cautious in the long view. This is why we want to expand what we can do, either in Japan or abroad.
