[Company strength]
Our company has sufficient technologies to conclude batch contracts for various machines from mechanical and electrical design to assembly, and from PC board design to packaging. We are a representative company of the 3D Technology Study Society of the Oita Industrial Association. We can handle consignment processing from 3D design to molding and resin mold creation jointly with other member companies. We can undertake trial manufacturing work by means of rapid prototyping. Our company has also been developing semiconductor post-processing equipment. Semiconductor equipment requires various kinds of technology. We have experience with sensors, motor control, image inspection, micromachining, and information and communications. Our company used to be a semiconductor manufacturing factory, so we have sufficient space for production as well as a small-scale board mounting line.

[Business description]
Our mainline businesses involve machinery production from design to manufacturing, and printed circuit board production from pattern design to packaging. We developed a cleaning device for semiconductor test sockets in-house, and a product capable of replacing faulty probe pins of test sockets (the PPIE-1000). We manufacture and sell these products in Japan and abroad. We also offer consignment machinery development and various electric wiring services. We are now extending the technologies we have accumulated with semiconductor equipment to welfare equipment and machinery for foods.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can manufacture machinery with high precision by making use of our sequencer, microcomputer control, and three-dimensional design technologies. Our internally developed PPIE-1000 device handles needle-shaped probes as fine as 0.3 mm in diameter at high speed. This device has no rivals, so we receive many inquiries from overseas semiconductor manufacturers, mainly in Taiwan and China. We worked with a hospital in Kobe to develop a urination support device for people with spinal cord injuries, and received the Grand Prize at the Oita Business Grand Prix. This was a new attempt for our company. We are now developing a product version after trial manufacturing by means of rapid prototyping.

[Representative's message]
We will grow out of our conventional semiconductor-dependent business and proactively advance into new fields. We particularly want to focus on assisting with trial manufacturing by major companies as well as small-scale production. We want prioritize product development for the welfare field in our in-house development. We receive many overseas inquiries about our internally developed PPIE-1000 device, so we will take this opportunity to sell devices and welfare equipment through our agent in Taiwan.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have staff members who are already engaged in regular sales activities in the Kanto region, and they are in charge of developing sales channels. Our engineering sales and technical staff are in charge of technical meetings. We have an agent in Taiwan who speaks English and Chinese, and we entrust our agent with sales and technical support. We are considering the employment of global human resources for future sales and production outside Japan.
