Our company has been maintaining a surplus for 47 consecutive years since its establishment and has a strong financial foundation. We can supply parts worldwide from our own factories in Hikifune, Sumida-ku, Tokyo and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in Southeast Asia. We have already acquired ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certification and can treat the surfaces of various products.

Our company conducts surface treatment of electronic and automotive parts. We satisfy various needs regarding metal materials by nickel plating, zinc plating, electroless nickel plating, tin plating, tin silver plating, copper plating, silver plating, and gold plating. We conduct plating of metal materials such as steel, copper, SUS, and castings that is capable of satisfying various customer needs. We support nickel plating, zinc plating, electroless nickel plating, tin plating, tin silver plating, copper plating, silver plating, and gold plating.

Our company has a special development team and is independently developing unique environmentally friendly plating methods, such as barrel-type trivalent chromium plating and trivalent olive chromate plating. We have a track record of joint research with the development divisions of camera and automobile manufacturers. We help customers establish surface treatment methods that satisfy their needs.

Japanese Monozukuri craftsmanship can only exhibit its power when a chain is formed linking nameless SMEs like us devoted to manufacturing simple articles one at a time. The situation is the same outside Japan as well. Supporting industries are still far short of companies like us that are capable of high-quality processing. We hope to contribute to many customers by providing high-quality plating services.

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
Our company has an eight-member sales team for sales activities in Japan. We opened an office in the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2014 for overseas business expansion. We have two Japanese full-time employees there to support Japanese companies. Our company now focuses on increasing surface treatment orders from ASEAN under the TPP.

Japan Aviation Electronics Industry (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Exchange) accounts for the largest percentage of our sales. We have a track record of direct joint development with the development divisions of automobile and camera manufacturers. Our company has been audited by many major manufacturers and are we are making indirect deliveries as their certified factory. We possess patents regarding diamond-like carbon film forming and barrel plating.

Exports account for about half of our annual sales, so ISO certification is essential. We are now trying to acquire TS certification as well. We will increase the ratio of indirect deliveries to overseas automobile manufacturers.
