We manufacture machine parts by cold forging and machining.
Our company started to tackle cold forging early on, and we have accumulated know-how in this field, which features high production speed and minimal post-processing such as cutting. We have realized cost reduction and short turnarounds and we now receive new inquiries and a broad range of orders from companies. This includes firms listed on the First Section of the stock market. Our greatest feature is ultra-deep hole drilling. We can drill holes as deep as 13.9 in terms of the hole ratio of hole depth to hole diameter, while other companies can drill to a depth of 3.5. We have an integrated automotive part production system covering from material cold forging to cutting, thermal treatment, surface treatment, and assembly. We also have experience in manufacturing bearing inner rings for medical equipment, engine pins for agricultural machines and implements, and roller units for textile machines.
