Our company specializes in developing molds for metal parts requiring micron-order precision, including electric and electronic parts and semiconductor parts. We now manufacture an extensive range of ultra-high-precision molds for smartphone parts. We also manufacture molds for lithium ion battery parts for new hybrid vehicles. We are now developing medical equipment jointly with the Kyushu University Center for Advanced Medical Innovation by applying our ultra-high-precision mold technology in the medical field. This is a project of Fukuoka Prefecture. A patent is pending for our conveyor for surgical use (lymph node sampler).
[Company strength] We have been accumulating know-how for many years as a specialist manufacturer of molds for sale. We apply this know-how to make technical proposals to improve yields, miniaturize molds, and reduce costs. We conduct integrated production from design and manufacturing to assembly and quality assurance with full responsibility. We are also setting up an environment for efficiently and stably supplying ultra-high-precision molds. We are establishing a new factory for electrical machining in a thermostatic chamber and implementing an ultra-high-precision CNC coordinate measuring machine. We have been committed to developing molds for metal parts requiring micron-order precision, including electric and electronic parts and semiconductor parts, since our establishment in 1976. We now manufacture an extensive range of molds for ultra-high-precision parts, narrow-pitch connectors, and various other stamping parts that are built into state-of-the-art electronic equipment. [Industry] Metal product manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] High-precision, long-life molds are also available for ultra-high-speed machining. Our precision molds composed of micron-order precision parts are fine and robust enough to withstand ultra-high-speed machining of 1,800 shots per minute. We now manufacture an extensive range of molds for smartphones and tablet terminal parts by applying the precision molding technologies we accumulated for semiconductor manufacturing and lead frame manufacturing. Our high technical power is highly appreciated even among overseas manufacturers that are particular about delivery, cost, and quality. [Representative's message] We have never allowed ourselves to be satisfied with our current condition since our establishment 40 years ago. We always take on the challenge of molding technology R&D as well as aggressive advances into new fields. Our many years of research have made ultra-high-precision machining technology our specialty.
