[Company strength]
We have enabled die manufacturing in a short period in the die design process. This is done by using three-dimensional CAD/CAM and by creating NC data and modeling with complicated shapes based on the final product drawings provided by the customer. We make prototypes using dies and check the product workmanship and yield rate in our cooperating company Ueki Kasei, which is located next to us. Slight adjustments can be added if necessary, which is how we provide plastic dies with a high level of perfection.

We are a specialized manufacturer of plastic products and die-making. We conduct integrated product design, die design, and product manufacturing. This is done by enhancing our technology power and organizational abilities so we can support requirements in a wide range of industries.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture high-quality, high-precision dies. This is done by bringing together human resources and processing technology backed by long experience and state-of-the-art machining tools like a five-axis machining center and EDM machine. We can support a wide range of needs in partnership with our cooperating overseas factories. We have an advantage in designing and manufacturing medium-sized plastic dies in the 50- to 350-ton class.

Dies are the starting point of Monozukuri craftsmanship. The enhancement of digital technology has made it possible to take on the challenge of various needs such as products with complicated three-dimensional shapes and products that pursue designability. We hope to expand our business globally by taking advantage of made-in-Japan products. We want to aggressively transmit information on our products and technology via J-Good Tech, and to support customer needs.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have assigned two sales design staff members as the point of contact for each manufacturer. Japanese-speaking local staff respond to inquiries from overseas customers, but we hope to assign staff who can communicate in foreign languages. Our sales design staff are involved in technical discussions with major companies. We will employ Vietnamese staff so as to construct a corporate system that enables partnerships with overseas countries like Vietnam in die design, product design, and modelling.
