We offer short-term delivery of small-volume machined parts in collaboration with neighboring factories

Our company mainly manufactures maintenance parts for industrial machines by metal machining. Our business includes thermal spraying machining with large front lathes, machining with general-purpose lathes up to six meters long, bore key processing, welding, cutting, plating polishing, coating, and assembly. We can also design and manufacture products from on-site sketches. We networked with neighboring partner factories to establish a system capable of procuring materials for manufacturing and handling all processes for castings, superalloy, and other materials in a short turnaround. We can deliver small-volume products at quick turnarounds under this system by large can machining, thermal treatment, general-purpose lathing, and NC composite lathing.

No drawings were available, so we sketched the existing removed parts and manufactured new ones accordingly. The material is stainless steel (SS). The blade is made of SUS304. The surface was coated with a zinc-rich primer for undercoating and with tar epoxy resin twice for overcoating. The process flow was from sketching, drawing creation, and material procurement to lathing, welding, assembly, transport, and delivery. This is an example of processing from on-site investigation to handover.

We conducted an on-site investigation and identified processes from designs by interviews, and manufactured and installed SUS304 hairline gates as requested by the customer.
