We networked with neighboring partner factories to establish a system capable of procuring materials for manufacturing and handling all processes for castings, superalloy, and other materials in a short turnaround. We can deliver small-volume products at quick turnarounds under this system. Processing includes large can machining, thermal treatment, general-purpose lathing, and NC composite lathing, composite machining, polishing, hard chrome plating, electroless nickel treatment, and black oxide finishing.

Our company mainly manufactures maintenance parts for industrial machines by metal machining. Our business includes thermal spraying machining with large-front lathes, machining with general-purpose lathes up to six meters long, bore key processing, welding, cutting, plating polishing, coating, and assembly. We can also design and manufacture products from on-site sketches.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
Our company possess large-front lathes up to 2,000 mm in diameter and 6 meters long, and NC lathes up to 3 meters long. Our in-house stock of equipment includes NC milling, general-purpose milling, bore key processing, and argon welding machines. We have refining materials in stock to satisfy single-piece, mass-production, and urgent orders. We also take on machining orders with no on-site sketches or drawings. We will make proposals about lead time reduction by design changes, machining methods, and labor saving if you consult us about material properties and uses.

Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship industries are facing serious issues of business closures because of aging, engineer shortages, and lack of successors. Engineers are getting old and the shifting of production overseas is advancing, so metal working in Japan is decreasing. Our company is equipped with general-purpose lathes and milling machines, and has employees in their forties on average. The kind of processed products that are unique and available only in Japan are urgent articles. Machine part processing necessary in case of a production line fault or problem should be done in Japan to prevent delays. Our company always has a stock of materials that have been thermally treated to some extent ready to satisfy sudden customer requests.

Our business is consignment machining, but we are also a proposal-type factory. We actively use private portal sites in the manufacturing industry as tools to make our technologies known and participate in exhibitions and trade fairs held by Chiba Prefecture. We do this to acquire new customers. We made an investigation visit to Mongolia and also wrote our webpages in English to seek potential overseas expansion.
