We provide injection molding from prototyping to mass production, and execute stringent quality control over molds.

We design and manufacture molds for plastic injection molding and make and assemble injection molding products for both prototyping and mass production. We are good at making molds and molded products, especially connectors, covering a wide range of uses from car parts and building materials to products. Using a thermohygrometer, height gauge, toolmaker’s microscope, and image measuring device, we strictly manage quality. We are striving to achieve higher accuracy and finer processing while improving insert molding and assembly techniques. We plan to manufacture parts for press molds and die cast molds.

[Company strength]
Our strength lies in our integrated production system covering the whole process from mold design, manufacturing and molding to partial assembly. Based on the customer’s design and material needs, we design a mold with 2D and 3D CAD to minimize the lead time from making CAM data using 3D models, to the actual molding. We work hard to improve our techniques and provide products with low manufacturing cost and short delivery times, as well as excellent quality. In addition to our connectors as main products, we provide molding and injection molding for a wide range of products from automobile parts and building parts, to products.

Since our foundation in 1971, we have manufactured precision mold parts and accumulated techniques and know-how in mold design, manufacturing and injection molding techniques to establish an integrated production system.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have significantly shortened the design lead time by using 3D-CAD. The various functions include automatic division of nests and cavity and core, mold base, parting line and automatic creation of electrodes. For mold manufacturing, we cover preprocessing, precision grinding, profile grinding, engraving electric discharge and wire cutting with micron precision. Our “Meister” machining center is in operation 24/7, making 3D profiles using CAD and CAM. Customers can send us design data in DXF, DWG, IGES, Parasolid, STEP, sld (SOLIDWORKS data) and other formats.

We also make press products, aluminum die cast products and rubber products as assembly parts that can help improve the efficiency of customers’ management and ordering procedures.
