[Company strength]
We have been accumulating a wide range of machining know-how since our foundation, regarding materials such as casting, cast iron, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. We now specialize in machining advanced Inconel, titanium, and nickel materials, which are difficult to machine but essential for aircraft parts. Our know-how is becoming essential for machining aircraft parts. We acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in 2011 and established an in-house system to actively do business with a major manufacturer of aerospace parts.

Our company has concentrated on extending our business of general precision manufacturing of metal parts ever since our foundation. Our materials include casting, iron, BC, aluminum alloy (7075, 7050, etc.), stainless steel (15-5PH and PH-13-8MO), and 300M (ultra-high-tension steel). Our main business includes processing after thermal treatment (HRC40-HRC60, etc.) and new kinds of processing. Our main products include parts for aircraft, motors, pumps, valves, and so on.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have successfully learned how to advance the necessary machining and strengthened our quality assurance system since we initiated our aircraft related business. We established a unique system of written work instructions so that anyone can perform in-house processing, and we are now extending this system. We acquired JIS Q 9100 certification in 2011 and manufacture high-quality products based on this quality assurance system.

Our company has been devoted to daily technical improvement as well as imaginative and creative work for 60 years. We will take on the buildup of trust and technical innovation by inheriting our founder’s intentions. We will all continue to work toward further market cultivation by making an effort to always be ready to machine all kinds of parts with a desire to improve ourselves.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have further improved our in-house processing technology system and production system by bringing in a technical advisor who used to work for a major aircraft part manufacturer. We also proactively participate in external exhibitions, such as the New Value Creation Exhibition and Kansai M-Tech. Our company now supports machining up to 1M by implementing new equipment. In our market cultivation activities we aim to participate in precision machining for engine parts.
