We provide cold forging for shift levers, bearing rivets, and other parts.

Our company mainly manufacturers various auto parts, from screws to high-quality functional parts. This is done by making use of cold forging technology, and original technologies that we have developed. We manufacture dies for cold forging in-house. We have established a custom-developed die production system as well as cleaning equipment to raise our in-house production rate to over 90%. These efforts help us to maintain micron-level precision, meet customer needs in production, and make practical VE/VA and cost proposals based on customer needs.

[Company strength]
We make use of cold forging technology and our custom-developed technologies to manufacture various products from simple screws to high-quality functional parts. Performing advanced cold forging technology requires three elements: production machines, dies, and materials. We are familiar with all three elements, and possess advanced technological strength. This allows us to mass-produce parts with various sizes, from micro parts of less than diameter 1 mm to medium-sized parts of diameter 20 mm. This is done using six-stage parts formers and around 200 units of forging machines.

Our stamping technology has produced various products under the Yawata brand since our establishment in 1951. These articles have come in various sizes and shapes from extremely small to long. We have delivered them to leading manufacturers in a wide range of fields, including automobiles, electronic devices, and precision devices. We now concentrate on manufacturing auto parts, and deliver functional parts and important safety related parts to major auto parts manufacturers. Each of these products includes the solid technology and wealth of know-how that support the reliable quality assurance we perform.

We introduced an even balance of processing machines and forging machines to respond to a wider range of material diameters and necessary forging stages. This is why we manufacture significantly more kinds of cold forging parts compared to the competition. We also manufacture cold forging dies as well as die production systems and cleaning equipment in-house, which has brought our in-house production rate to over 90%. These efforts help us to maintain micron-level precision, meet customer needs in production, and make practical VE/VA and cost proposals based on customer needs. This has resulted in high evaluations from our customers.

We make proposals on various optimal manufacturing methods and cost reduction methods. This is based on our extensive experience and advanced cold forging technology.
