Our company has a 24-hour temperature management system and a clean factory environment to realize constantly stable high quality. We satisfy customer needs by combining state-of-the-art machine tools with craftsmanship capable of bringing out the best from them. We installed a production management system capable of managing all in-house data together as unique technology to make drawings unnecessary. We have automated a series of processes from electrode design to machining using our in-house discharge processing system.

[Business Description]
Our company manufactures high-precision molds for plastic injection molding and ceramic injection molding. We particularly excel at ultra-high-precision processing of SKD11, carbide, and other high-hardness materials using the latest technologies. Our micromachining technology was certified under the SMEs Technological Advancement Act of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We also focus on medical part machining by making use of this technology.

[Product and Technical Strengths]
Our company has built up quality management and precision assurance systems based on ISO 9001 to deliver products that satisfy customers. We possess the latest machine tools and coordinate measuring machines in a thermostatic chamber to assure machining accuracy of 10 µm or less. Our in-house production management system using 3D data made drawings unnecessary. We also focus on productivity improvement. We particularly excel at ultra-high-precision processing of SKD11, carbide, and other high-hardness materials. We make the most of MC machining with an end mill not larger than 0.1 mm in diameter and WC EDM using 20-µm diameter wires for micromachining.

Each group determines an annual theme every year and challenges themselves to the development of superior technologies to broaden the core technologies of the entire company. We are establishing a system based on our core technologies to solve customer issues with quick responses. We actively participate in large technical exhibitions to acquire new customers. Our representative first handles sales to new customers and engineers are also ready to reply to sudden inquiries.
