Our company was founded in 1914, and performs ultraprecise polishing for metals, resins, ceramic glass, single crystals, polycrystals, etc. We utilized our know-how and polishing skills developed for knitting needles, our original business, to expand into the field of electronics. We have a proven track record of polishing the plane surfaces and round surfaces of semiconductor wafers in the high-tech industry for the polishing of video heads in mass production. We excel at ultra-mirror surface processing (nickel surface roughness of 0.008 microns) and precise wrap processing with a thickness tolerance of one micron.
