We can manufacture any metal sheet processed products including 0.1 mm-thick parts, ultra-precise metal processed products, and products made from various materials in our integrated production process from design to assembly. We are producing automotive component casings, display racks for car audio shops, meter housing panels for printing machines, food processing hopper parts, food processing ducts, home electrical appliance parts, and so on. We have a wide lineup of machine tools for integrated production, including a punch/laser combination machine, laser cutting systems, turret punch presses, table spot welders, and a laser welder for molds. We conduct VA/VE activities and make proposals such as dieless processing, and conversion to metal sheet processing. We can apply our know-how gained from making foldable bicycles, which we sell on the second line, to other products.

Our company has been conducting various metal sheet working ranging from control equipment to precision metal fixtures, in lot sizes from a single-piece order to mass production of thousands of pieces since our foundation. We have the latest metal sheet processing machines to meet customers’ needs for fast delivery, high quality and low cost. We have established an integrated production process for manufacturing products from small precision metal sheet parts to large cans, and for reliably providing additional processing such as machining, reforming, pipe forming, plating, painting, as well as assembly and delivery.

Our products cover a huge variety of fields, for example, control equipment, inspection instruments, panels, housings and computers. We always strive to respond to customers’ requirements with fast delivery, low cost and high quality.
