[Company strength]
We provide surface treatment to a variety of items including mass-produced articles, large products (such as 3.2 m long nickel boron plating and 6 m long galvanizing), and special items difficult to treat (such as components of heavy particle cancer treatment equipment, components of XFEL, and interior items of luxury trains and liners). We have many excellent plating engineers including prominent craftsmen (Contemporary Master Craftsmen). Our quality assurance practices comply with ISO 9001 and have a production management system in place based on Toyota production method and the development system using high-performance analyzers by special engineers. With this organization, we provide made-to-order surface treatment to customers.

[Business description]
We conduct surface treatment of various metals. We set up an R&D department and develop technology from various viewpoints to flexibly cope with orders that require advanced technology in addition to development. Our surface treatment technology established through our technology development is handed over to the quality assurance division and manufacturing division according to the standard of ISO 9001. Production management is compliant with Toyota’s production system. Our dedicated staff, engaged in technology development and quality assurance, play an important role in supporting the company. They take on various challenges every day to master advanced technology at the forefront of the plating industry.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We receive orders from a wide variety of fields, including electricity, electric products and decorations, musical instruments, vehicles, building, interior products, and medical equipment. Our specialties include gold, silver, tin, copper, nickel, chromium, zinc, hard chromium, copper bronze, white bronze, brass, copper through-hole, alumite, electroless nickel, phosphate treatment, electrolytic polishing, mechanical polishing, and other kinds of constantly available surface treatment as well as product development of various specifications requiring new development. We accept orders even for a single item.

[Representative's message]
In the current business climate, it is almost impossible to take orders if we only conduct conventional kind of plating. We feel it necessary to survive and grow bigger by starting up a new business, beyond the barrier of conventional plating field. To this end, we will acquire necessary business licenses and ISO certification. We have already started and are promoting surface treatment for medical equipment. We are considering entering the aerospace industry, which is predicted to grow in the future and is being addressed with greater emphasis in Fukuoka prefecture, and the hydrogen business.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have a division dedicated to technological development, and our dedicated staff with special knowledge are working on developing new technologies. We systematically introduce up-to-the-minute analysis. In addition to the intuitive sense of craftsmen, we efficiently use this kind of equipment to develop new technologies and numerically assured quality. We have established a production system according to the international standard, ISO 9001. In addition, we practice production management based on Toyota’s production system under the guidance of former Toyota employees. We have prominent craftsmen (Contemporary Master Craftsmen) and many specialists with national “plating engineer” licenses. We keep our technical staff’s skills sharp and quality standards high by participating in Plating Contests.
