[Company strength]
We work on trusted Monozukuri craftsmanship, and we take pride in our company being synonymous with precision screws. This was born from our combination of the latest processing technology with the highly difficult technology we have been cultivating for many years with hydraulic pressure parts and so on. Our manufacturing is carried out by an elite group of engineers. All of our programmers and engineering staff are working to reduce costs. We have cooperating companies to handle special sizes, special articles, and lot sizes that we do not deal with ourselves. We quickly provide high-precision products by making use of our network for precision screw processing.

[Business description]
We machine screws, shafts, various precision parts, and equipment parts. We established a factory at a site in Daimon-cho, Kazo City in 1948 as the screw part manufacturer Harasawa Screw Mfg. We later moved our factory to the Kazo Musashino Industrial Park in 1996. We now manufacture products such as special bolts, nuts, mechanical rotary shafts, and so on. Our products are tiny, but we maintain thorough temperature control to manufacture precision parts with globally top-level quality in the precision part processing industry.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We conduct thorough temperature control in our factory in order to secure a precision processing environment that prevents swelling and shrinkage of metals. We have achieved μm-order processing accuracy. Our products are processed using equipment with an automated CNC control system. We make continuous efforts as a manufacturer to keep up with the times, such as the continuous trend towards miniaturization and weight reduction in computers and smart device terminals.
Processing size: Processing diameters from 2 mm to 20 mm, and 600 mm in length.
Processing material: Stainless steel, iron and nonferrous metals, and so on.


[Representative's message]
Placing orders overseas to reduce mass production costs is a trend, but we want to support product development for customers aiming to conduct reliable trial manufacturing and commercialization in Japan. We also want to have a global point of view and create a system that can handle future orders from foreign countries. We hope to enhance awareness of Japan’s technologies and the quality of Japanese processing technology. We energetically participate in various exhibitions throughout Japan. We energetically participate in various exhibitions held throughout Japan in order to enhance awareness of our processing technology. We also actively take opportunities to participate in inspection tours to overseas enterprises, with a view to receiving orders from abroad. (We have visited China, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Indonesia.)
